A Blockbuster Day...

At 9:30am when we stepped out of the hotel into the thick, swampy air we knew we had made the correct decision in not going to the beach. Still worn out and a little sunburned from our day at Busch Gardens, we decided instead to head towards Ocala for another mall food court stop and an afternoon movie matinee. After an extended lunch stop, some of us went to see Jurassic World and the others Pitch Perfect. It was a nice two hours out of the heat and killed the necessary time before it was time to head to the church.

We arrived at First Presbyterian of Ocala not quite knowing what to expect, but found a beautiful sanctuary, several excited greeters, a wonderful meal, and more than adequate accommodations for the night. It wasn't the largest crowd we have ever sung for, but they were very into the show.

Tonight we're all together at the church for what I'm certain will be a restful night before our longest drive of the tour tomorrow crossing back into Georgia. The folks in Eatonton, led by the Turney's, have the red carpet ready to roll out and we're excited to be close to home.

Wow it sure is going to be a good experience when you can be the part of something great. This is the only thing that every person has always wanted to see.

This day is very right labelled as the blockbuster day; in fact this day may be something more than the blockbuster day for the children. All of them enjoyed this day a lot because it had been a long time they were stuck in the busy routine of studies.

First Presbyterian of Ocala is indeed a beautiful place and I am glad to see that you were able to see it live. I understand that you really had a hectic schedule, but it was a good thing that everyone definitely had fun while doing the things they love; singing. I know how it feels like to be a member of a choral group. You will are required to go on rehearsals every week and that is quite exhausting. But at the end of the day, it's going to rewarding!
